* All fans and motors tested for correct operation

* Batteries replaced

* All filters cleaned

* Duct work inspections

* All coils and drains cleared

* Fault diagnosis on site

* Electrical inspections

* Full function tests both heating and cooling

* Wall controller function testing

* Carbon Monoxide Test with printout.
